1. Team Communication: Microsoft Teams

We can work together in an interactive, familiar and quick way – customizable communication with instant chatting (emoji reactions!), chat channels, video calling and more.

2. Document Sharing: Microsoft OneDrive

Secure storage of all our files digitally with built in share features – including the ability to share outside our team with a guest link. We can use software on PC, Mac, or mobile device to synchronize and access files just like an external hard drive, or use web interface.

3. Version Control: Visual Studio + Git

VS integrates with Git (and GitHub) very well, making this an ideal combination for our version control. Connect VS to your GitHub account, create a private Git Repository and share it with all of us – done!

4. Prototyping: Proto.io

I thought about using Visio, but it seems clunky by comparison. Proto is intuitive and fluid, we could use this to hit the ground running with conceptual design of the web/mobile apps with it’s massive collection of templates, icons and effects.

5. Time Tracking: Microsoft Teams – Shifts

We’ll use Shifts to manage and share schedules. It’s a part of the Teams app, so it’ll be comfortable and familiar to use.

6. Project Management: Microsoft Project

Another featured Microsoft app that comes the business plan we’d get, streamlining projects and sharing responsibility/milestones will be easy.

7. Code Testing: Browserstack

We can use Browserstack to test our web/mobile apps on real devices, not just an emulated environment. This will give us the feedback we need for a successful deployment.

8. Digital Marketing Analytics: Microsoft Digital Marketing Center

All our socials and the important information that comes with them in one place. Not only can we review all this information from the analytics panel, but we can schedule and manage postings and interactions.

9. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Ahrefs

Ahrefs is an all-in-one tool, we won’t have to load up several different sites to gather our SEO. Besides helping us establish a base of keywords and analyzing competitors, it can audit our existing web enterprises to see if they get a high SEO score.

10. Page Speed Testing: Google PageSpeed Insights

With so many options, the only one that matters is where our business comes from – chances are, that’s from Google searches. So, we’ll use PageSpeed by Google to ensure our sites load times are consistent with the most popular search engine in the world.
